Example figures. Nothing on this page was computed from a real Stripe account.

01

A revenue claim nobody can check is worth nothing.

You write “$12,348 MRR” on a landing page, in a post, or in a reply to a buyer. The reader has no way to know. So your real number gets the same shrug as the invented ones.

A dashboard screenshot proves nothing and exposes your customers. Analytics tools were built for finance teams, not for one figure a stranger will believe. A broker’s diligence starts weeks into a sale.

Two labels, never mixed
Verified
Computed from the connected Stripe data, always paired with the time it was last synced. It cannot be typed in and it cannot be edited. Not by you, and not by us.
Declared
Your description, your links, your logo. Anything you wrote yourself carries the declared tag, so a reader always knows which part of the page came from Stripe.
02

Four reads, one figure, three minutes.

  1. 01

    Paste a read-only key

You create the restricted key in Stripe. Three read permissions: charges, subscriptions, customers.

  2. 02

    We name every read

Reading charges. Reading subscriptions. Reading customers. Computing MRR. Typically 10 to 40 seconds.

  3. 03

    Your proof appears

MRR, ARR, growth, active customers and the sync time. Nothing on that screen can be edited.

  4. 04

    Publish, then place it

A public profile, a badge and widgets. They go on your pages, not on ours.

No account, no payment and no configuration before the proof exists.

03

The proof lives where the claim is made.

Other verification services keep your number on their pages, beside sponsors and other people’s companies. ProofMRR hands you the proof and gets out of the way. Every badge links back to one page: yours.

On your landing page
The badge, beside the price.
Under a milestone post
The figure, and a link to check it.
In a deck or a data room
The widget, with the sync time.
In a reply to a buyer
One profile link, nothing else.
The badge
$12,348 MRRVerified by ProofMRR

It shows the figure as of its last sync, and it always links to your profile. The Proof Pack removes our mark and keeps the link.

04

Plain answers.

Can ProofMRR change anything in my Stripe account?
No. The key is read-only. It cannot create, edit, refund or move money. You revoke it in Stripe whenever you want.
Can I edit the number?
No. Verified figures are computed from the connected Stripe data. Anything you type yourself is tagged declared, and shown apart.
Do I have to publish my exact MRR?
No. Publish the exact figure, a band, growth only, hide customer counts, or keep the profile private. We never blur a figure to sell a plan.
What does it cost?
Your first proof is free, with three months of history. The Proof Pack is $29 once per company: your own domain, full history, bands, export, and every company after the first.
What happens if the key stops working?
After 48 hours the proof is marked stale on your profile and in every installed badge, with the last sync time. We never leave a figure standing that no sync supports.
Are you an auditor?
No, and we do not claim to be. We verify what the connected Stripe account reports, and we publish the method so anyone can check the arithmetic.
05

Paste your read-only key.

One field, three instructions, nothing else. The proof exists before you make an account, and your first company is free.

Read-only, revocable by you at any time, and never able to write to your account.

Making the key

  1. 01In Stripe, open Developers, then API keys, and press Create restricted key.
  2. 02Set Charges, Subscriptions, Customers and Account details to Read. Leave everything else at None.
  3. 03Make sure test mode is off, create the key, and copy it. A live restricted key starts with rk_live_.

Free, per founder: one company, MRR and ARR, a public profile, and the badge with three months of history. The Proof Pack is $29 once, per company.
